The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental one of the largest skiarea Austria. 284 km slopes, 90 modern lifts and 77 ski huts and mountain restaurants you can easily conquer of the entry locations Brixen im Thale, Ellmau, Going, Hopfgarten, Itter, Kelchsau, Scheffau, Söll and Westendorf.
Das Skigebiet Wilder Kaiser deckt die Hauptbergkette der SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, austria´s largest ski area, in the northern Kitzbühel Alps and was awarded for the fourth time in a row as the best ski area in the world.
From 27 January 2018 till the end of the winterseason all SkiWelt lifts are opened half an hour longer. Daily from 08.30 to 16.30 o´clock!
The biggest winter sports user's choice award goes to SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental! Around 52.000 skiers and snowboarders have voted: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental is the most favourite ski resort in the Alps and thereby "BEST SKI RESORT 2015". This was determined by an Europe-wide survey in the biggest wintersports nations through the international skiing portal Snowplaza.
The free ski bus travels regularly between all the ski bus stops in the Wilder Kaiser region. So even without a car you can effortlessly get to the various lift base stations of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental gondolas, funicular and lifts and back into the village centres of Ellmau, Going, Scheffau and Söll. The current ski bus timetable is displayed on the ski bus stops and available in the local Wilder Kaiser tourist information offices and of course we have made it available for you to download.
