About us
We are Stefanie and Martin Mayer, the owners of Residence Theresa. We have taken over this beautiful apartment house in winter 2021 from Theresa Widschwentner, whose parents started the business years ago. After a few renovation works, the Residence Theresa shines in new splendor since summer 2022 and is available to our guests for your feel-good vacation.
We hope you experience many exciting moments at Residenz Theresa, share our passion for the Tyrolean mountains and feel as much at home in Söll as we do.
